AI-Powered RAMS Generation

Upload 1–5 photos of the work area and provide a brief description. Workforce Guardian's AI analyses the site context, identifies relevant hazards, and produces a complete RAMS draft — including control measures, PPE requirements, and step-by-step method statements — in under 60 seconds.

Workers and supervisors can review and edit the AI output before publishing. Once published, RAMS are locked for digital sign-off.

Digital RAMS Sign-Off

Every worker assigned to a task must review and digitally sign the associated RAMS before work begins. The sign-off records their name, timestamp, and confirmation of understanding. Supervisors can see sign-off status in real time from the dashboard.

When a RAMS is updated, re-sign requests are pushed to all previously signed workers automatically.

AI-Powered Project Creation

Upload site photos and Workforce Guardian's AI creates a complete project structure — projects, jobs, tasks, and RAMS documents — from a single API call. This bootstraps an entire project setup in minutes rather than hours.

Geofenced Site Check-In

Define GPS boundaries for each site. Workers check in automatically when they arrive within the geofence. The dashboard shows real-time occupancy — who is on site, when they arrived, and when they last checked in.

Lone Worker Safety Checks

Workers receive a 60-minute safety check prompt via the mobile app. Acknowledgement takes one tap. Missed checks trigger an immediate supervisor alert with the worker's last known location — creating an automatic welfare monitoring system.

Fall Detection

The mobile app monitors device movement. A sudden impact consistent with a fall triggers an automatic alert to the supervisor dashboard with the worker's GPS location. Workers can also manually trigger an SOS from the app.

Mobile Incident Reporting

Workers submit incident reports directly from the site — with description, location, timestamp, and photos captured in the app. Supervisors receive an instant notification and can manage the investigation from the dashboard.

Evidence Pack Generation

At any point during or after a project, generate a comprehensive PDF evidence pack containing: signed RAMS, check-in records, safety check logs, incident reports, photos, and worker sign-off details. Structured for HSE inspection, insurance, or legal use.
